Dan Lahmi
Co-Founder
Dan is a licensed broker with a strong background in real estate investment and property management.
Dan started his career interning as an asset manager at Gaia Real Estate while studying for his M.S. in R.E at NYU Schack. He then worked as an investment associate at Beachwold Residential. Finally, prior to SSG, Dan was the head of leasing at Beekman REIM, a real estate investment company founded by his father.
His broad real estate experience informs the company’s culture, enabling a deeper understanding of client’s multifaceted goals and ways to achieve them.

Jeremie, a Paris native, has called NYC home for 14 years.
Passionate about retail and luxury, he brings hands-on experience to the table with entrepreneurial ventures in pop-up retails, where he curated impactful experiences for esteemed brands such as Nordstrom, Supergoop! and Naked Cashmere.
This unique background enables him to seamlessly integrate his experience with real estate, offering a strategic edge to his vision for innovative retail experiences.
